Returns & Refunds

Thank you for supporting my artwork. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so here’s how I handle returns and refunds - clearly and fairly.

1. Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, please contact me within 5 working days of delivery at ruta.ashcroft@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the item.

I’ll offer a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.

2. Change of mind

Because my postcards and prints are often made to order, I can’t accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

3. Lost parcels

If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the expected time, please let me know.

I’ll help you track it down and, if it’s confirmed lost by the postal service, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it’s been dispatched by emailing me at ruta.ashcroft@gmail.com.

Once an order has been posted, cancellations aren’t possible - but of course, I’ll help with any delivery or damage issues.

5. Refund process

Refunds (where approved) will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow a few working days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
